Three properties change hands in Alford as August closes
Alford recorded three property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only one, the Aug. 24 sale of 64 Green River Rd from Jessica Abbott to Adams Community Bank, carries a confirmed price so far: $145,000. Prices for 150 Green River Valley Rd, sold Sept. 3 by Berkshire Bank to John and Trinity Raifstanger, and 8 Westwood Dr, sold Aug. 25 by Margery Rosenthal to trustee Eben Askins, had not yet reached the registry. With most of the period's pricing still pending, the available data offers only a partial read on market tone this month.
