Alford Deed Filings Show Seven Transfers, But Only One Disclosed Sale Price
Alford recorded seven property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: 64 Green River Rd., which sold for $145,000 on Aug. 24 from Jessica Abbott to Adams Community Bank. That figure stands as both the range and the median for the period, though it reflects just one of seven filings. Two deeds involved Lee Bank as seller, one involved Metro Credit Union, and one involved Merrill Lynch Credit Corp. and MERS. One filing moved a property from individual owners into a trust in their own names. With six of seven transfers lacking disclosed consideration, the data does not support a broader read on Alford's price trends this period.
