Four Deeds Recorded In Alford, Only One Sale Price Disclosed
Four properties in Alford changed hands between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds records, but only one sale, 64 Green River Rd for $145,000 on Aug. 24, included a disclosed price. The other three transactions, at 150 Green River Valley Rd, 8 Westwood Dr and 40 East Rd, listed no sale price. Three of the four deeds involved a bank or credit union as either buyer or seller. With pricing data available for just one of four transactions, the period's overall market tone cannot be determined from disclosed figures alone.
