Five Alford Deeds Recorded in July, Price Data Scarce
Alford recorded five property sales between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only two disclosed a sale price, ranging from $250,000 to $792,000 with a median of $521,000 based on those two figures. The period's top disclosed sale was 137 East Rd. at $792,000, sold by Christopher K. Clemans and Marya Spence to trustees Ben F. Bunyard and Frederick David Runyan. The same sellers also conveyed neighboring 138 East Rd. the same day, though that price was not disclosed. Other transfers went to Greylock Federal Credit Union and the Alford Town Clerk. With three of five prices undisclosed, the data offers limited visibility into overall market conditions.
