Alford sees six deeds recorded in past month, but only one sale price disclosed
Six property deeds were recorded in Alford between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only one disclosed a sale price: the July 22 transfer of 275 East St. for $250,000 from Louise Alexis Feldman and Claude Joseph Borenzweig to Greylock Federal Credit Union. The reported price range and median both reflect that single transaction. Five of the six deeds involved a bank or credit union as buyer or seller, including two from Lee Bank, and one was a family trust transfer. With pricing disclosed on only one of six transactions, the available data does not support a broader read on Alford's market tone this period.
