Five property deeds were recorded in Alford between July 24 and Aug. 22, but none listed a sale price, so no price range or median can be calculated this period. Four of the five sellers were banks or credit unions, including Lee Bank, which appeared as seller in two separate transactions on Green River Valley Road and West Road.
