Select Board · Meeting of November 12, 2024

ALFORD — The Alford Select Board directs town counsel to pursue short-term rental registration enforcement. Secretary Roxanne Germain reported only three property owners submitted properly completed agreements; the Board directed Town Counsel to draft cease and desist letters to non-compliant operators. Peggy Rae Henden-Wilson indicated she would research automated voting machines, with Chair Bruce Schreiber suggesting the town acquire two machines for backup capacity.
