The board unanimously extended the agreement through June 2026 with 10 percent annual rate increases, according to approved minutes. Members also voted unanimously to schedule a special town meeting for July 25 at 6 p.m. to discuss municipal power aggregation.
The board voted unanimously to sever its contract with E-Biz due to lack of communication, with Peter Puciloski to draft the cancellation letter.
