Alford Select Board approves $750 retention bonus for health official and trail repairs. Chair Bruce Schreiber and Members Jim Hall and Peter Puciloski voted unanimously to grant the COVID stipend and to authorize a $1,065 emergency transfer for Seekonk Marsh Brook Trail repair. Member Peggy Rae Henden-Wilson moved to add a $4,500 fiscal 2023 warrant line for ongoing trail maintenance.
The board unanimously approved an intermunicipal agreement with the Southern Berkshire Health Collaborative and appointed Sharon Schafler to the Alford/Egremont Cultural Council. A School Committee representative reported 633 students enrolled in the regional district.
