Alford Select Board approves exercise class at Town Hall. The Council on the Aging will offer a 10-person capacity program on Tuesday mornings, led by Thea Basis. In other business, the board discussed terminating a digitalization contract with Image Data/BizDocs, signed in November 2022, after the contractor failed to respond to phone calls and emails.
Highway department work included replacing the East Road Cemetery fence, with costs split between the Cemetery and Highway funds, and sorting materials in preparation for a June 17th shred truck. The board also confirmed Peter Puciloski will present Article 11 at Town Meeting, and $90,000 from Free Cash will be allocated for Article 12.
