Select Board approves $20,000 for financial audit

Alford Select Board approves $20,000 audit from Free Cash, first since 2020. Town Treasurer Roxanne Germain requested the allocation, noting that the bank may require an audit if the board approves borrowing authorization. Chair Bruce Schreiber moved the motion, seconded by member Peter Puciloski, and the vote passed unanimously.
The town's last audit was conducted for fiscal year 2020.
