Alford Planning Board schedules December 13 hearing on 220 West Road revisions. Attorney Lori Robbins presented modifications to the approved Volpano project, including an attached garage, smaller pool in the Stream and Pond Overlay District, and relocated driveway. The board directed applicant submission of a lighting plan, elevation drawings, pool water discharge plan, and a Special Permit application for interior septic tanks.
A site visit is scheduled before the December hearing. The board also scheduled an October 16 special meeting for Site Plan Review of a 385-square-foot solar array at 12 Boice Road.
