Alford Planning Board reviews two Green River Road residential proposals. At its May 10 meeting, the board examined plans to convert an existing residence into offices and recreation space while building a new house on a 7.25-acre parcel, and a separate proposal to create a rear lot and second dwelling on a non-conforming parcel. The board offered preliminary guidance on permitting requirements and will continue reviewing the second proposal at a future meeting to gather input from all members.
