Planning Board · Meeting of April 12, 2023
ALFORD — The Alford Planning Board approved three permits for a new 6,885-square-foot residence at 24 East Road. Alexandra Glover moved to grant special permits for construction within the Stream and Pond Overlay district and the Flood Plain, both motions carrying. The board also approved site plan review for the property owned by Daniel and Maya Katz, represented by Rob Akroyd of Greylock Design.
The approvals are conditioned on the Katzes seeking approval before making any changes to the plans. The board continued the public hearing for Mark and Margaret Batten's special permit application for a driveway in excess of 500 feet, scheduled for April 24 at 6 p.m.
