The Board, with three voting members present, unanimously approved the site plan for Steven Shoyer's application at 197 Green River Road, requiring Alexandra Glover to mandate dark-sky-compliant lighting and directing an enlarged driveway for fire truck access. The Board separately reviewed a request from Zach and Linda Tolbert to build at 10 Westwood Drive, noting the lot falls 20 feet short of required frontage and referring septic and well matters to the Board of Health.
Discussion of an enforcement list for bylaw violations was deferred.
