Alford Planning Board approves Green River site-plan amendment, defers subdivisions pending legal review. Member Alexandra Glover moved to unanimously approve a site-plan amendment for property owners Laura Bailyn and Nicholas Diamond at 121 Green River Road, allowing the house to rotate approximately 35 degrees to face southwest. Two rear-lot subdivision proposals from Daniel and Maya Katz at 24 East Road and Robert Jeffrey Donelan at 185 East Road were discussed but deferred pending Town Counsel review of zoning compliance, per Member Gadd.
A third matter, a common-driveway refinement proposal from Larry and Ronnie Cohen at 41 Green River Valley Road, was deferred for further review of permit requirements.
