ALFORD — Planning Board holds meeting but defers two applications due to quorum shortfall. The June 14 hybrid meeting convened with three members present and two absent. The board opened and immediately closed a public hearing on special permits for a Novin-Cannon STE West Road LLC property, scheduling a later date.
A proposal to create a rear lot at 130 Green River Road for a second dwelling could not be acted upon for the same reason; the applicant requested an expedited special meeting. The board provided guidance on accessory-structure jurisdiction but took no formal votes on new business.
