The board appointed John Drake, the Animal Control Officer from West Stockbridge, as interim ACO for an annual salary of $3,305 and expense account of $500, with Drake suggesting the town explore joining Stockbridge, Lee, West Stockbridge, and Tyringham in shared kennel services. Peter Puciloski was appointed Procurement Officer in a 2-1 vote with one abstention.
Highway Superintendent Casey Searing reported the road sealing contractor agreed to bill for completed work only, and line painting is estimated at $4,000.
