Alford records seven property transfers in September-October, but pricing data lags for most

Seven property transfers were recorded in Alford between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only one, the $750,000 sale at 150 Green River Valley Road on Sept. 25, had a price posted in registry data.

Seven property transfers were recorded in Alford between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only one, the $750,000 sale at 150 Green River Valley Road on Sept. 25, had a price posted in registry data. The other six, including bank-originated transfers on West Road and Green River Valley Road, a trust transfer on Crooked Hill Road, and two parcels acquired by the Alford Town Conservation Commission, show price not yet available, typical of registry posting lag. With most prices still pending, the data does not yet support a read on overall market tone for the period.
