Alford Planning Board approves amended permits for Volpano property modifications.

Alford Planning Board unanimously approves amended permits for Volpano property at 220 West Road. The Board granted an amended Special Permit and site plan review authorizing construction modifications made during a project initially approved in 2019, including relocation of the septic tank outside the state-protected outdoor driveway area, reduction of the driveway length from 1,180 feet to 837 feet, and repositioning and downsizing of the swimming pool. The number of exterior lights increased from seven to ten.
A driveway plan review will occur at the Board's next regular meeting on February 14, 2024.
